How much would a coin collector pay for an 1819 1 cent coin.?
The coin is kind of rusty, but you can still make out the date, picture, and words.
I am going to assume you have a US 1819 one cent coin. There are several varieties, but yours is likely a common one which would be worth anywhere from $20 up to well into the hundreds of dollars. Since you say there is "rust" on the coin, it would likely be at the low end of the price range. Do not clean it as cleaning would NOT increase the value.
